Phenexplain Demonstration

After training on the BBBC021 dataset, a Linear Discriminant plan (LDA) is computed in W from generation of 3000 random seeds for each of the 3 following conditions: DMSO (untreated) and highest concentrations of Nocodazole and cytochalasin B. We can see a random subset of these points projected to this plan and their corresponding generated image displayed when mouse hovering. Each condition seem to cluster together while reproducing the variety of cell images that can be found for each phenotype. All displayed imaged are synthetic.
