Figure 4A. A conditional GAN was trained on DMSO and the lowest concentrations of a set of 8 compounds from the BBBC021 dataset. Each row correspond to a separate random seed z and each column to a condition (compound_concentration). The slider below can be use to display the transition between DMSO (untreated) and any such a condition for the same seed. . All displayed imaged are synthetic.
